The Wikander Yacht Yard is located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland southwest of Salisbury in the town of Allen, only minutes from Routes 50 and 13. The yard was established in 1941, then known as the Payne Boatyard. Since 1980 it has been known as Wikander's, owned and operated by Stuart and Carol Wikander

The facilities have been upgraded over the years inluding: a new travelift pier, floating docks and 3,000 sq. ft. Service Building. A full range of services from general maintainence to complete refitting and restoration are available to both power and sailboats up to twenty five tons. Winter dry storage and seasonal slips are available and do-it-yourselfers' are welcome.

Featured Boat 25' Hunter Hunter 25 1980 US$ 2,500 The HUNTER 25 is a nice cruising sloop that draws 3' 11" with her fixed keel. She is an easy boat to handle and a nice beginner boat. She is in reasonable condition but does need additional cleaning and waxing. The photos attached were taken on November 28th just after she was hauled and given a quick cleaning with a pressure washer. All cushions, sails and gear were removed and placed in separtate inside storage. All access hatches have been left open.
