| "Pacifica" sleeps 7 owners and guests in four staterooms on the lower deck. The beautiful teak finished, very large owners stateroom is aft, separated from the forward staterooms by the stand-up engine room. The owners stateroom has an electric vacuflush head, spacious separate shower, center-line king size bed, ample drawers, storage and locker space. All port lights have screens. The VIP guest suite has been converted to an office with head, shower, locker and drawer space. A separate single stateroom and forward V-berth will comfortably accommodate an additional 3 guests. All staterooms have carpeting, curtains.
She will provide comfortable accommodations for extended cruising or as a liveaboard! The main deck is spacious and designed for entertainment. The layout is open, with the main salon, galley and pilothouse all on one level. The pilothouse offers a helm seat, ample guest seating, chart storage, access to the flying bridge, and a handy galley pass thru. The forward staterooms on the lower deck are accessed via the pilothouse. Traditional teak and holly sole in the pilothouse and galley compliment the carpeting in the main salon. The upper teak deck is arranged for entertainment and sun bathing. Accessed from the aft main deck or the pilothouse, the upper deck is complete with a full wet bar, refrigerator, icemaker, and (4) stereo speakers. The flybridge is arranged with upholstered seating and table to accommodate several guests. Wind curtains provide privacy for sun bathing and a full bimini protects the seating area from the elements. The flybridge has a helm seat, destroyer style wheel, intercom, VHF radio, hailer, depth sounder, remote autopilot control, spreader lights on the mast and stereo. |

Other equipment includes a Mariner 60 amp charger, La Marche 24 V Constavolt, complete inventory of dockside electrical, telephone and TV cables. |

| This yacht has been well maintained and is exceptionally roomy for her size. This yacht has all the equipment one could ask for, plus a uniquely practical and functional layout. All bright work just recently done. All new canvas on bimini and covers for the entire boat. All seats and seatees were redone in new fabrics (1998). Boat just recently waxed.
